For the entire ZYYX line of filament materials, including also the metal and ceramic ones, there are corresponding ZYYX Simplify 3D profiles optimized for ZYYX 3D printers. These pre-made profiles makes the printing process easy to set-up.

Ceramics for ZYYX MC
Zetamix Porcelain
Porcelain is a technically advanced material of timeless elegance and exceptional durability. It is designed to withstand heat and thermal shocks, making it ideal for everyday objects that require both style and durability. Whether for decorative pieces or practical items, porcelain adds an exceptional touch of elegance, making it suitable for a wide range of artistic and functional applications. The surface can also be enamaled (glaced) for increased surface eastetics.
Zetamix Porcelain is compatible with the ZYYX MC printers.
Zetamix Alumina
Alumina is widely used in the ceramic field, alumina is a wear resistant material. Alumina can resist extreme temperature and it used to produce parts like a burners, venturi tubes, and other high temperature parts. Because it is an inert material, it is both a good thermal conductor and a good electrical insulator.
Zetamix Alumina is compatible with the ZYYX MC printers.
Zetamix White Zirconia or Zetamix Black Zirconia
Zirconia is a widely used material in the field of technical ceramics. It has an excellent shock and bending resistance. Ideal for creating original pieces in the luxury sector, Zirconia parts can be craft to obtain pieces with beautiful matte, brushed, polished or mirror like finish.
Both Zirconia types are compatible with the ZYYX MC printers.
Zetamix SiC Silicon Carbide
Silicon carbide is an extremely hard material, very resistant to wear and thermal shocks. Ideal for advanced applications such as heat exchangers or military applications, it can also be polished for the creation of mirrors for the aerospace industry.
Zetamix SiC is compatible with the ZYYX MC printers, but needs an extra-high temperature furnace with partial vacuum for sintering.
Metals for ZYYX MC
Zetamix H13 Tool Steel
H13 steel is commonly used for hot or cold work tooling application and allows the production of a wide variety of tools such as extrusion die or injection mold. Moreover this material has a high level of ductility, thermal and electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion.
H13 Tool Steel is compatible with the ZYYX MC printers.
Zetamix 316L Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is a versatile material, making it a prime choice for a wide range of internal tooling applications. More resistant to impact than a ceramic, it also resists corrosion and wear.
316L Stainless steel is compatible with the ZYYX MC printers.
