Description
The stepper motors in a 3D printer are controlled by a stepper motor driver board. This is a spare part for the original A4988 driver that came with ZYYX Pro and ZYYX+ / Classic. For Z, Y, and Z we recommend upgrading to Trinamic drivers (those are standard with all the ZYYX Pro IIs and also with ZYYX Pro since the end of 2019). Note! Be careful when installing and follow the instructions very carefully. If you mount them incorrectly they will most probably be fried and they may also damage the motherboard, and that is NOT covered by warranty.
See picture. TP1 should be facing down towards green connectors. The “Mickey Mouse” ears should be facing away from the USB port.
