FF1X ZYYX Flex95A™ Filament

Description

ZYYX Flex95A™ is a pro-grade flexible filament suitable for printing everything from shoe sole prototypes to RC Car tires. ZYYX Flex95A™ has a Shore hardness of approximately 95A (roughly corresponding to 55D). You can vary the hardness of the printed model, depending on application, by varying the infill percentage and number of outer shells of ZYYX Flex95A™ applied (easily done in the profile settings for Simplify3D).

When printing with ZYYX Flex95A™ the use of ZYYX SoftSpring™ is highly recommended to ensure stable extrusion. The ZYYX SoftSpring™ is not needed for ZYYX Pro II and ZYYX printers with upgraded drive system.
It can sometimes be a little difficult to feed the flexible filament through the tubing, so for Pro and Pro II we recommend using the external spool holder and feed it directly to the filament monitor on the back.

Print Settings
ZYYX Flex95A in Simplify3D
If used with other printers, we recommend 230 °C for the bottom layer, 245 °C above that, and 20 mm/s max extrusion speed.
You can also look at NinjaFlex if you need a softer type of Flex filament.
